Guardian Representative

JFS is currently seeking a full-time Guardian Representative for the Personal Affairs Management program – a guardian and conservator program for incapacitated adults 18 and over who have intellectual disability, mental illness or dementia. Qualified candidates must possess a degree in human services, related field or equivalent of at least 2 years experience.

Certified Nursing Assistant
We are currently seeking full time and part time Certified Nursing Assistant that ensures quality and safe delivery of personal care services in the home according to the patient’s Plan of Care. Qualified candidates must possess a certificate of completion from an approved nurse aide training program or be registered by the Virginia Department of Health Professions as a certified nurse aide.
Director of Operations

JFS is currently seeking a Director of Operations (DOO) who is responsible for the overall operations and functions of the organization according to approved policies, procedures and standards. The DOO ensures the enhancement of business development, and continuous improvement of JFS’s efficiency, continued growth and positive impact in the Tidewater Community.  The position reports directly to the CEO and is part of JFS’s Executive Leadership Team.
