Neighborhood Assistance Program

The Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) was created in 1981 by the General Assembly to encourage private sector involvement in the alleviation of poverty in Virginia. The program allows for individuals and businesses to receive a state tax credit for donations to approved non-profit organizations like JFS.
